If your child is new the The Buzz, please enrol them for the The Buzz programme by downloading the below file, fill it in on your pc, then email directly. Or print it out, fill in and either post to the Buzz office, or scan and email to us. The contact details are on the side bar of this page.

Register for The Buzz... Part 2

How it works is we require you to fill in an enrolment form for your children once, but a registration form for each child for each new programme they are going to attend. The enrolment form gets their and your details into our system and the registration form secures their place and books them in for the days you require for each particular programme.

You can download these new forms here and fill them out digitally and email them back, or print off, fill in, scan and email back. Please make your emails to us with the subject heading to include the Buzz Programme i.e Dec16Buzz and then your child's name.

Payment for The Buzz... Part 3

Payment can be made at time of enrolment confirmation, prior to the start of the holiday programme or on the first day of attendance.

Options for payment are:

By internet banking: St Albans Children’s Ministry - 03 1522 0413499 00. Please ensure you put your child/ren’s full name in the reference, and the code as the particular buzz programme, ie 'BuzzApr17', so that we can easily identify payment.

By cheque: Cheques are to be made out to: St Albans Childrens’ Ministries (The Buzz). You may pay on the day or post your cheque to: St Albans Church, The Buzz, 339 Albert Street, Palmerston North, 4410.
If posting your cheque please put child/ren’s name on back of cheque.

By cash: on the first day your child attends the programme. Please do not send cash in the mail. Tax receipts will be issued with receipt of payment if requested.
